The thermal film offers optional fiberglass or polyimide as a reinforcement carrier. Both sides of the carrier are coated with a silicone-based compound filled with thermally conductive materials, delivering efficient heat transfer along with high mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation.

- Thermal conductivity 0.8–5.0 W/m·K; available with fiberglass or polyimide reinforcement.
- High mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation.
- Supports custom die-cutting.
- UL94 V-0 flame resistance.
