Features

• Manufactured by pushing hot aluminum material into a steel mold to form the final shape.
• The most commonly used aluminum alloy is 6063-T5.
• When extruding the material, the maximum length of the initial product is 900cm.
• The initial product is cut to final length, which can then be machined (holes, slots or other secondary operations)..
• The surface treatment is anodized or chromated to improve its thermal properties and provide some corrosion protection.
